Are your products genuine?

What does EDP and EDT stand for?
The amount of perfume oil in a fragrance dictates whether it is an Eau de Parfum, an Eau de Toilette, an Eau de Cologne and so on. It also dictates how long a fragrance product will last on the skin and, of course, its price!
To help explain the difference in strength, we have listed below the types of fragrance products, their concentrations and the average time it takes for the scent to evaporate, this depends on the amount of perfume oil used.

Will extensions damage my hair?
No - if they are used correctly. We do not recommend that you sleep in your extensions.
Can I use extensions even though my hair is short?
Yes - As long as your hair is more than 3inches long. This is so you will have enough hair to cover the clips when you drop your hair down.
Can I use hair straighteners?
Yes use them as you would on your own hair. We recommend that you use heat styling protector prior to straightening or curling.
How often can I wear my extensions?
As often as you like.
Is it possible to fit extensions myself?
Yes - it's really easy. The clips slide in and snap shut so it only takes a few minutes to attach a whole set.
Can I wash my extensions?
Yes - they are real hair and can be washed as you would your own hair. We recommend you use our hair treatment products as these have been formulated with the purpose of maintaining the quality of our hair extensions and the Conditioning Mist and Shine Serum between washes will help them to shine all the time.
Are clearance products damaged in any way?
No, all of our products are in completely perfect condition.
DELIVERY
How will my item be delivered?
We offer free Royal Mail standard class delivery on all our items to customers residing in the United Kingdom.
How long will my order take to be delivered?
Orders placed by 12 noon Monday to Friday will normally be dispatched on the same day. Orders placed after this time will normally be dispatched on the next working day.
Orders will typically be delivered within 3-4 working days. However, we cannot account for the speed of the Royal Mail service, so please wait 5 working days before contacting us if your order has not arrived.
Do you offer any other delivery options?
Beyond our free standard class service, we also offer the below options:
- Royal Mail First Class Recorded Delivery at a cost of £3.95 per order
- Royal Mail Special Delivery at a cost of £8.00 per order.
What if I live outside of the United Kingdom?
For customers residing outside the UK but within Europe we use the following:
