Delivery Information

We offer free Royal Mail standard class delivery on all UK orders over £10. For orders under £10, you will be charged £1.95 for postage and packing costs.

Orders placed by 12 noon Monday to Friday will normally be dispatched on the same day. Orders placed after this time will normally be dispatched on the next working day.

Orders will typically be delivered within 3-4 working days. However, we cannot account for the speed of the Royal Mail service, so please wait 8 working days before contacting us if your order has not arrived.

Beyond our free standard class service, we also offer the below options:

Royal Mail First Class Recorded Delivery at a cost of £3.95 per order

• Please allow up to 5 working days to receive your order before contacting us.
• You must be available at the delivery address to sign for your parcel. If nobody is available to sign for your order, a card will be left telling you how you can collect your parcel.

Royal Mail Special Delivery at a cost of £6.95 per order.

• All orders are tracked, insured and have a guaranteed delivery day. Your order will be delivered the following working day by 1pm via Royal Mail. Orders must be received by 2pm Monday - Thursday to guarantee next day delivery.
• If you request next day delivery Friday - Sunday, on an English Bank Holiday or after 2pm it will be dispatched by next day delivery on the next working day.
• You must be available at the delivery address to sign for your parcel. If nobody is available to sign for your order, a card will be left telling you how you can collect your parcel.

For customers outside the UK but within Europe we use the following:

• Royal Mail International Signed For: 3-10 Days / £9.99
• We ship everywhere within the European Union. We are able to track the order up until it leaves the UK. Once it arrives in country destination, the local mail system are responsible for tracking the parcel. This can be done by supplying them with the tracking number we supply to you.

For customers outside Europe we use the following:

• Royal Mail Airsure For: 3-10 Days / £12.99
• Online tracking and delivery confirmation available
